We believe in meeting everyone where they are and creating and holding space. We believe peace is found only inside yourself.
We intend to offer supplements to aid in brain health and focus, as well as hormone regulation, inflammation, hydration, weight management and more. These will target specific factors that can become problematic in our lives.
We will also focus on moving our bodies with programs in tai chi, yoga, animal dance, grooving and more. Moving your body releases endorphins, and help regulate many hormones in the body, including cortisol which can assist in controlling stress.
We are offering organizers, planners and journals to help you set goals, stay on track, journal your thoughts and tap into your deep true nature from which you may have become disillusioned over time.
We will host live events to support each other, host discussions and give aways.

The Rose of Jericho is often called the spiritual flower of life and rebirth, symbolizing renewal, resilience, and divine protection. In its dry state, it appears lifeless—closed and fragile—yet it holds dormant vitality within. When placed in water, the plant slowly unfurls, seemingly coming back to life, reminding us that transformation and awakening are always possible, even after long periods of stillness.
Spiritually, the Rose of Jericho represents cycles of death and rebirth, faith, and perseverance. It can be dried and revived in water many times, each opening serving as a powerful metaphor for spiritual renewal, hope, and the eternal nature of life’s energy.
